As per our phone conversation, this letter confirms that the Houston Museum of Natural Science would be pleased to accept a bench designed by you. We have selected a suitable location in the new wing for a Triple Bench with Fossil Stone Top. Your design utilizing the fossil stone will fit in perfectly at the Museum and will be educational, as well as comfortable for our visitors.

The Museum plans to open the new wing the week of June 27 with a series of celebration activities. As opening day is quite tight with the building construction completion schedule, deliver of the bench should occur after June 21. As I am sure the bench is very heavy, we should install it in the proper location when it arrives at the Museum. We would appreciate your notifying us of the exact delivery date and any special handling instructions.

Please know how excited the Museum is to have one of your outstanding designs in the institution. Yearly, over 2 million people visit the facility and I know many visitors will enjoy the beauty and comfort of a Kelly Amen bench.
